Works are well underway at the LOGOS Troups Road Logistics Estate in Truganina where Vaughan Constructions are delivering a premium 24,785m² industrial warehouse. Construction is moving swiftly with three-quarters of the warehouse roof installed and inground services such as electricity, water, sewerage, stormwater, and sprinkler tank works installed.

We are excited to share some progress photos of the Urban Logistics Co. Altona Circuit development where Vaughan Constructions is refurbishing an existing 39,000m² facility. Works also see Vaughan expanding the space to an impressive 52,300m², that will contain seven tenancies ranging from 5,000m² - 16,000m², each with its own office and amenities.

Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to be delivering another multi-level industrial facility for leading real estate fund manager, Hale. Located in Milperra, New South Wales, this recent venture sees the completion of a 37,526m² multi-level warehouse that includes 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594m² to 5,297m².

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with Belmonde Property Group and ResourceCo to deliver a world-class resource recovery facility in Hemmant, Queensland. A first of its kind in Queensland, the new facility will focus on the diversion and sorting of landfill construction waste, and in turn converting this into fuel to power cement kilns.

Works are well underway at the Synnex Australia Logistics Distribution Centre project in Oakleigh South with the highbay structural steel erected and precast panel installation to the office portion of the building in progress. Vaughan Constructions is partnering with Synnex Australia and van der Meer Consulting to deliver a 34,922m² purpose-built facility to house Synnex’s Australian and New Zealand headquarters.

Momentum continues at the Dexus Circuit.7 logistics estate at Glendenning, New South Wales. Warehouse 2 structural steel works are nearing completion and Warehouse 1 roofing is now complete with wall cladding underway.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with leading IT solutions aggregator Synnex Australia and Van der Meer Consulting, on a purpose-built HQ and distribution centre for Synnex at Oakleigh South with an end value of circa $130 million. According to Vaughan Constructions’ Development Manager, Jessica Topelson, the project, which will incorporate Synnex’s new Australian/New Zealand headquarters, is expected to create around 250 jobs during construction, while the operating business will create ongoing employment for up to 360 workers across the warehouse and office operations.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with Urban Logistics Co on a refurbishment project, the Altona Circuit development on Taras Avenue in Altona North. Urban Logistics Co provides logistics occupiers with functional and flexible spaces in locations that are in close proximity to end customers, key motorways and transport links. They repurpose existing buildings to meet businesses’ last mile requirements.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with repeat customer Centennial to deliver two new speculative industrial and logistics buildings with an end value of circa $40 million in Campbellfield, Victoria.
