Vaughan Constructions is proud to announce the completion of Australia鈥檚 largest distribution centre for German supermarket giant, Kaufland, at Mickleham in Melbourne鈥檚 north. The 100,000m虏 facility, which recently sold at an undisclosed price to an Australian institutional investor, includes 107,000m虏 of concrete hardstand, 168 recessed loading docks, 73,200m虏 of warehousing, office and entry building of around 4,000m虏, ancillary buildings of 3,700m虏, freezer of 10,500m虏 and social building of 1,000m虏, on a 28 hectare site.

Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to announce the completion of a new facility for Singapore-based leading real estate development, investment, capital and property management firm, Mapletree. This facility is Mapletree鈥檚 first Australian construction project. Located in our Wyndham Industrial Estate at Truganina, the new speculative facility boasts a total of 14,740m虏 of warehouse area and 360m虏 of office space that can cater to a large range of business operational requirements.

Vaughan Constructions has completed an $11 million warehouse facility for national warehouse and fulfilment business McPhee Distribution Services at Berrinba in Queensland. The circa 13,000m虏, Bardon Road, building comprises a 12,000m虏 warehouse, offices totalling nearly 700m虏, hardstand of 6,000m虏 and a 2,200m虏 carpark.

Vaughan Constructions is delighted to be the builder of choice for the new headquarters and warehouse for specialist architectural lighting manufacturer, Darkon. The new 5,000m虏 facility is located in our Broadfields Estate in Broadmeadows, Victoria and will consolidate staff and business processes under one roof, creating operational efficiencies.

The Woolworths Melbourne Fresh Distribution Centre (MFDC) in Truganina is nearing completion with construction due to wrap up in the coming months.
