An exciting addition to our multi-level portfolio, Hale’s 37,526m² Platform facility in Milperra NSW is well underway.
Platform has two floors of warehousing and four levels of premium office space that comprise 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594m² to 5,297m².
Current works onsite include the 30-metre-wide breezeway roofing in progress, the southern ramp’s concrete is being poured, the external carpark is being constructed and the eastern office block façade is being built.
Vaughan Constructions CEO, Luke Stambolis, commented on the proud partnership the company has formed with Hale:
“Hale is pioneering Sydney’s ramp-up warehouse developments, and we couldn’t be happier to be delivering for them," said Mr. Stambolis.
