Vaughan Constructions is onsite delivering a premium new industrial project for valued repeat customer, LOGOS, at their Troups Road Logistic Estate in Truganina, Victoria.
On a 42,000m² site, Vaughan is building a 24,785m² facility that includes 24,145m² of warehouse space, six loading docks, 11 ongrade docks, as well as 640m² of office area.
Externally to be completed is 10,190m² of heavy-duty paving, 2,380m² of light-duty paving, 100m² of cantilever awning and 4,475m² of super awning.
The project is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star sustainability rating.
Vaughan is currently partnering with LOGOS on projects in New South Wales and Queensland, so we are thrilled to add a Victorian LOGOS project to our pipeline.
