Vaughan Constructions, recently appointed Craig Jones to its NSW office in the capacity of Development Manager. Craig joins Vaughan’s growing national team with the recently announced appointment of Chris Telley from Savills, who joined Vaughan’s Melbourne office in March this year.
Andrew Noble director and general manager of Vaughan Constructions said, “We were extremely impressed with the interest and quality of potential candidates who wanted to join our business. With over 20 years’ experience and impressive exposure to the national property market, Craig was ideal for the role. He was sought after in the market himself so I’m excited that he too chose us. Culture and work ethic are words that are often used with little sincerity but in this case there’s a definite fit. I think we both recognised that. This role really plays to Craig’s strengths…great solutions at the front end for our clients.”
Having spent time with AREIT’s, agency, and advisory, Craig has built an undeniable reputation within the industry. Craig’s previous positions include Director of CBRE Northern China Region, General Manager of National Business Development at MacroPlan Dimasi and most recently National Business Development Manager at the GPT Group.
“It’s great to be a part of company with such a long and successful history and it’s a wonderful opportunity to play a role in its next generation of growth. I knew Vaughan well but I was surprised by the robust nature and extent of their systems and processes. I’ve experienced many and varied ways of running business’ but never like this. They’re all designed to support innovation and service customers. When you’re in the market place making promises, you need to be confident you can deliver” Craig commented. “I’ve never been more confident.”
Vaughan Constructions have been busy over the last six months having appointed Hawthorn Football Club President, Richard Garvey to the Board of Directors and expanding their Design and Estimating departments.
