This week is National NAIDOC Week and Vaughan Constructions is celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
This year’s NAIDOC Week theme ‘Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!’ challenges us to commit to systemic change and rally around our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and communities.
Today, our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices are holding morning tea events to raise funds for the Community Spirit Foundation.
The Community Spirit Foundation works in partnership with remote First Nations communities to ensure their young people have the best outcomes and opportunities through education and lifelong learning.

Vaughan Constructions is committed to Getting Up, Standing Up and Showing Up. We have partnered with Tagai Management Consultants to develop a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
This RAP will shape our business processes, build partnerships and increase cultural understanding and education. We look forward to sharing our RAP in the coming months.
