Vaughan Constructions celebrated the official ‘topping out’ of the Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak St George’s Redevelopment project.
The important milestone marks the completion of the top level of the St George’s building.
The concrete structure and installation of the precast concrete walls is now complete. Works also see the structural steel erected on the top floor, concrete insitu feature walls from level one to level two continuing and the tunnel link to the Mandeville Centre slab is due to be poured this week.
Overall the project consists of a six level building: three levels of teaching space above ground, one level of teaching space below ground and two levels of below ground carparking.
