Leading industrial property specialist and Vaughan Constructions Development Manager, Bruce McDonald has been appointed to The Property Council of Australia’s, Victorian Industrial Property Committee.
With over 37 years of industry experience, Bruce is an essential addition to the industrial committee. Having worked in both project implementation and customer engagement roles, Bruce brings a detailed understanding to all facets of design, development, construction and government regulation and is well placed to deliver the Industrial Committee’s remit.
Over the last 21 years at Vaughan, Bruce has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the national business.
An expert negotiator Bruce has delivered a wide range of industrial, commercial engineering and infrastructure projects. Bruce has been responsible for Vaughan’s appointment on key manufacturing and distributions facilities for leading brands, including Linfox, Coca Cola Amatil, Aldi, PepsiCo, Country Road, Oxford Cold Storage and Sigma Pharmaceutical.
