National apparel giant Pacific Brands contracted Vaughan Constructions to design and build a new distribution facility at Wyndham Industrial Estate in Truganina, Victoria.
Established in 1893 as the manufacturer of Dunlop bicycle tyres, Pacific Brands today is associated with iconic everyday labels such as Berlei, Bonds, Clarks, Dunlop, Grooby, Hard Yakka, Hush Puppies, Sheridan, Slazenger and more.
The 8ha site includes a 43,000m2 warehouse and office building, 3,700m2 in canopies and over 30,000m2 in external pavements.
The Truganina distribution centre consolidated Pacific Brand’s national operations for the business.
