Vaughan completed an extensive assessment of the company, in order to determine an optimal location for Kerry’s design and construct requirement.

Vaughan completed the project 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled completion date.
The 2,470m2 facility has allowed for five separate business units to be merged. The office space contributes to 1,235m2 of the building and 1,235m2 is dedicated to research and development areas.
The research and development area includes a fully operational industrial kitchen constructed to the National Food Code, high tech research and developement laboratory, ingredients testing laboratory, commercial grade bakery, market evaluation facility, raw product storage and fully operational test production lines.
