Overview

Vaughan Constructions partnered with Garden City Plastics (GCP) to deliver a 15,816m² industrial project in Dandenong South, Victoria.

GCP is an Australian manufacturer and distributor of pots, containers and allied products to the horticulture industry. It serves customers worldwide.

Outcome

Vaughan designed and built extra warehousing on existing land at GCP’s Dandenong facility to support business expansion and create a space that will serve GCP now – and long into the future.

The facility includes 15,205m² of warehousing and a 611m² office. It also has:

• 563m² of super awning
•  A 99kW solar PV system
• Rainwater capture and re-use
• High clearances in the warehouse, with a 13.7m high ridge height
• Recessed docks
