This project sees the delivery of a 6,750m² facility, split into two tenancies, that is inclusive of 6,000m² of warehousing, 750m² of premium office space, two recessed loading docks, 2,660m² of hardstand and 3,380m² of carparking.
Targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating, key sustainability initiatives include two 99kw solar systems - one for each tenancy, parking for fuel-efficient vehicles, water-efficient fittings, steel from responsible steel suppliers and low VOC paints, sealants, adhesives and carpets.
