Overview

In partnership with Brookfield Properties, Vaughan Constructions was appointed to deliver the 69,200m² Connect Central Sydney Logistics Estate in Villawood.

Outcome

The project saw the team construct six buildings that include 65,000m² of warehousing and over 4,200m² of premium office space.

External works saw the completion of 30,900m² of hardstand, 8,900m² of asphalt carpark and a 4,250m² fire trail area.
