There is great progress being made at the LOGOS Group Villawood Logistics Estate in NSW.
The Villawood Logistics Estate comprises a total of 52,000m² of A-Grade quality warehouse and office accommodation, car parking and sustainable landscape design and is conveniently located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.
The team is pleased to share that Unit 1A, 1B and 1C have all reached practical completion with Premium Floors Australia and Poseidon in operation and Building 1A under offer.
Unit 2 is progressing well with Vaughan providing early access for the tenant for racking installation. Practical completion for Unit 2 is scheduled for late March 2022.
Unit 5 is well underway and Vaughan have provided early access to the tenant four months prior to practical completion to allow the tenant to install specialist manufacturing equipment. Works are on schedule for practical completion in May 2022.
Unit 3A and 3B are the last Units to be completed with earthworks starting soon, these Units are expected to be completed in June 2022
