The Vaughan Constructions and Charter Hall partnership is currently delivering a new project in Darra, QLD. This project sees the delivery of a 6,750m² facility, split into two tenancies, that is inclusive of 6,000m² of warehousing, 750m² of premium office space, two loading docks, 2,660m² of hardstand and a 3,380m² carpark.

Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to announce the completion of LOGOS Group’s Villawood Logistics Estate project located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

Vaughan Constructions has been appointed builder of leading Australian REIT Dexus’s circa 27,700m² logistics estate, Circuit.7 at Glendenning in Western Sydney. Located in a key urban logistics hub with immediate access to major road networks, including the M7 Motorway, the Circuit.7 project will include three buildings comprising 10 premium warehouse and office units offering a range of configurations from 1,500m² to 12,000m².

Saturday 15 October saw the Woolworths Heathwood Chilled & Frozen Distribution Centre (HCFDC) take home another Master Builder award. Having already been awarded for Excellence in Construction of Industrial Buildings – Over $5 million at the Brisbane region awards, the project has now received the highest accolade for the state of Queensland in the Industrial category.

There is exciting progress on the new 13,500m² industrial facility Vaughan is building for our valued repeat customer, McPhee Distribution Services. Vaughan has completed two previous stages of this development and is currently delivering the next stage.

Yesterday the Vaughan team headed to the Property Industry Foundation’s Bonbeach Lighthouse home to complete a working bee. The working bee focused on making the garden more manageable by removing invasive grass from garden beds, weeding, removing unruly plants and laying some topsoil and pathway toppings. The garden is now ready for the next team to come in and add the garden beds and plants.
